Our MetCons are planned in advance and have been tried and true so that our coaching staff can direct you on how you should effectively approach the WOD. We wouldn't want you to do anything we wouldn't do ourselves.
The "Workout Of the Day" will always have scaling or substitution options which allows beginners, injured athletes, older athletes or those who aren't able to complete what's prescribed to proceed with their best effort,
while still challenging every level of athlete in class.

If a group setting isn't calling your name, we offer open gym hours to fit your workout in outside of class times if you need to. If you feel like you'd like your program to be more catered to you and your speific needs, we also offer personal training sessions. Your coach will learn about you from how you move to what your goals are and create a plan of action to help you get there, together.
